We do not collect any information from individuals who wish to browse our site without registering. In order to use our services, however, you must become a registered member. Additional information is collected as it is needed to process your requests for information or for other products or services. We collect personally identifiable information from you in connection with the registration process and other areas of our sites in which users voluntarily provide content submissions or suggestions or otherwise participate in interactive online activities (including, but not limited to, community postings, voting, chat, online ordering, surveys, discussion participation and bulletin boards). We may also collect and store statistics and other information about the online activities of our users on an aggregate basis.
In order to take full advantage of our services, you must register with us and certify that you are over 18 years old. We do not intend to obtain any personal information from minors. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide us with any personal information. When you register, we collect basic information such as your name, address, date of birth, and e-mail address.
II. Use of Information Gathered
As a general rule, Deposco will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances and will never sell or otherwise transfer your information to unaffiliated companies, except as provided below.
Promotions that run on our sites may be sponsored by companies other than Deposco, or may be co-sponsored by Deposco and another company. Some or all of your personal information that is collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor. If you do not want your information to be shared, you must not participate in the promotion. Many promotions also offer opportunities to request additional information from sponsors. By requesting additional information, you give Deposco permission to transfer your personal information to the sponsor so they can fulfill your request.
Deposco may collect information on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior in order to better understand and serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis, and may be shared with our business partners or other affiliates, but contains no personally identifying information.
III. User Contact
Occasionally we may send you e-mail communications to provide information that we think you will find useful. You can choose not to receive future e-mails from Deposco at any time, by contacting Deposco customer service. However, to the extent that corrected or deleted information is also stored in other databases, we cannot always ensure that such corrections or deletions will immediately reach the other databases. Please note that we may occasionally contact you for administrative purposes even if you unsubscribe from our distribution lists.

While no security system is 100% guaranteed, Deposco utilizes several state-of-the-art tools to protect your information. Strict security measures are employed whenever your personal information is collected and transmitted.
Your Deposco account information and Deposco profiles are password protected so that only you have access to your personal information. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.
