ATLANTA, GA – MARCH 8, 2024 Deposco, the leading omnichannel supply chain fulfillment solutions provider, announced that two of its leaders – Josh Lett, SVP of Professional Services, and Michael Johnson, VP of Business Consulting – have earned a spot on Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s (SDCE) prestigious list of 2024 Pros to Know.
Pros To Know recognizes outstanding executives whose accomplishments offer a roadmap for other leaders looking to leverage the supply chain for competitive advantage. Lett and Johnson were awarded in the categories of Lifetime Achievement and Rising Stars, respectively.
Josh Lett – Lifetime Achievement Award
Lett has over 15 years of expertise in the supply chain industry and a long track record of helping customers, including Kenco, NFI Industries, Nutrifresh/ColdTrack, and RIM Logistics, to unlock rapid ROI, growth, and scale.
“I am humbled by this recognition, but it reflects our team’s and our customers’ hard work toward generating ROI at an accelerating pace,” Lett said. “We’re pleased with the speed of value we’ve accomplished together and will continue investing in simplifying their journey through a true partnership that demonstrates value long after the investment is made.”
Under Lett’s leadership, customers saw an average Time To Value of only 87 business days in 2023, a 30-percent decrease YOY, and achieved 100 percent on-time and on-budget implementations. In addition, Lett’s team drove positive YOY growth across Customer Shipments, 3PL Customers Onboarded, Consultant Revenue Hours, Reduction of Support Hours, and On-Time, On-Budget Implementations.
Michael Johnson – Rising Star Award
Expanding on experiences with enterprise WMS implementations, Johnson has led a significant evolution in building one of Deposco’s most value-shaping functions, Business Consulting. He is passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and reduce risk by streamlining Supply Chain Execution and Planning solutions in a single platform.
“I am thrilled to be part of groundbreaking technology options that help businesses, particularly in the complex 3PL market, bring future initiatives to fruition earlier and easier,” Johnson said. “Whether that’s an automation project, creating a bi-coastal fulfillment presence, optimizing available inventory and stocking strategies, or launching a new sales channel through pre-developed integrations, it’s rewarding to see that all come together without financial surprises, business disruptions, or technical constraints.”
Both Lett and Johnson will be at MODEX 2024 in Atlanta, GA, on March 11-14, Booth #C7068. Attendees can pre-schedule a meeting to discuss challenges, including operational bottlenecks, order mistakes, and unreliable fulfillment systems that cannot keep pace with the demands of modern commerce.
“Josh and Michael have made tremendous contributions to advancing the success of our customers,” said Bob McFarland, President/COO at Deposco. “Their expertise and commitments to innovation enable companies to articulate value they may not have had the opportunity to evaluate or implement.”
“Many of today’s supply chain pros are more than just leaders within their space; they’re innovators, decision-makers, pioneers of change and growth. They’ve spent the last year (and more) creating safer, more efficient supply chains,” says Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. “New this year, we broke the award down into four distinct categories: Top Warehousing Stars; Top Procurement Stars; Rising Stars; and Lifetime Achievement. These winners continue to go above and beyond to overcome challenges, advance supply chain management and make the impossible, possible.”
