National Roper’s Supply (NRS), a leading retailer of western products, faced challenges with their previous paper-based order picking system, where losing a single slip could result in a lost order. After a failed implementation with another provider, NRS was cautious in selecting a new warehouse management system (WMS) and ultimately chose Deposco, guided by their trusted partner UPS.
