ITB Fulfillment, a leading third-party logistics provider, helps companies transition from small-scale sellers to global e-tailers, handling high-volume Direct-to-Consumer and multichannel commerce. However, their previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) frequently experienced outages, forcing them to revert to inefficient paper-based methods, resulting in backlogs, missed shipments, and costly errors. To address these issues, ITB implemented Deposco’s fully automated, cloud-based WMS solution in just eight weeks. This new system, which includes barcode scanning and seamless software integrations, drastically improved order processing efficiency and accuracy. As a result, ITB saw a 9x increase in order fulfillment within a year, from 10,000 packages in October 2019 to 90,000 by December 2020, while maintaining an error rate of less than 1% and without significantly increasing staff. This transformation has allowed ITB to scale rapidly and enhance client confidence.
