Overview
King Solutions, a client-centric, asset-based 3PL provider of freight transportation management, fulfillment, and warehousing services, was operating on a legacy on-premise system. Maintenance costs for the system were tremendous from having to pay for on-site support, security, and client onboarding. These costs seemed preposterous for a system that did not provide an API connection, data analytics, or order visibility.
EDI compliance was also inhibited, which hindered King Solutions from attracting larger customers who needed EDI.
