Gordon Companies Inc is a family-owned importer, retailer and wholesaler in Buffalo, NY that sells Christmas holiday products on Christmas Central as well as 18 of the top 20 retail websites in the U.S. and Canada. Peak season was chaotic with no centralized system across the five warehouses. Their system was unable to handle the dramatic increase in volume during the holiday season which resulted in manually processed orders and late-night shifts.
