This website is maintained by Deposco, Inc. on behalf of itself and its affiliates (collectively, the “Company”) and its authorized agents (the Company and its authorized agents are sometimes collectively referred to as “we” or “us”), for use by visitors to the website (“you”). Deposco has created a Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy. The information provided on this website, https://deposco.com/ (“Site”), is intended to support and enhance the global supply chain and commerce community by enabling users to collaborate, exchange operational insights, and leverage Deposco’s intelligent fulfillment solutions. Through this Site and our integrated cloud platform, Deposco offers access to a dynamic ecosystem of tools, data, and service resources designed to optimize supply chain execution and business growth.

Your use of this Site, our associated mobile applications, application programming interfaces (“Platforms”), customer support environments, and all related services and features (collectively, the “Services”) is governed by the applicable Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, as well as any terms that apply to any Company platforms, programs, or services. If you do not accept all of the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately refrain from accessing or using the Site, Services, or any related information they contain.

I. What Information Do We Collect?

2. Sensitive Information

6. De-Identified, Aggregated, and Benchmarking Data

Deposco may aggregate or anonymize information collected from customers to generate benchmarking metrics, comparative analytics, or industry intelligence reports. Once anonymized, this data cannot be used to identify individuals or specific organizations. We may use or disclose such aggregated insights for commercial, research, or product development purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

II. How We Process Your Information

We process your personal and business information to operate, provide, and improve our Services, enhance performance and functionality, ensure security and compliance, and support analytics and business development. Processing is always grounded in lawful bases such as contract performance, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, or your consent.

Your information is processed to respond to inquiries, requests, or support tickets; provide operational messages, maintenance updates, and product changes; conduct customer satisfaction outreach, surveys, and product feedback initiatives; and manage user preferences for communications and notifications. 3. Platform Improvement and Analytics

Deposco processes user and system data to analyze operational trends, shipping and order volume metrics, and overall usage patterns; improve algorithms, predictive models, and automation capabilities (including AI and machine learning features); benchmark performance, test feature usability, and enhance user experience; and develop insights and comparative analytics at aggregate or anonymized levels that inform product enhancements and user success. As part of continuous improvement, we apply strict data minimization practices consistent with CPRA’s “reasonably necessary and proportionate” use standard.

4. Marketing, Personalization, and Benchmarking

We may process certain data to send marketing, promotional, or informational communications consistent with your preferences; deliver targeted or interest-based advertising in compliance with privacy laws and consent frameworks; generate benchmarking and industry analytics reports (in aggregated or anonymized form); and develop sales initiatives, campaigns, or partner insights across Deposco’s customer network. Deposco respects all opt-out requests and supports the Global Privacy Control (GPC) mechanism when applicable.

5. Platform Security, Compliance, and Fraud Prevention

We process data to detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized system access, or data misuse; monitor service stability, user authentication patterns, and network security events; comply with legal requirements, court orders, and enforcement requests; and conduct risk assessments, cybersecurity audits, and data protection compliance verifications as required under CPRA.

6. Legal Obligations and Safety

We may process your information when necessary to comply with recordkeeping, financial, tax, or reporting obligations; enforce our Terms of Use or defend legal claims; respond to lawful requests by public authorities; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Deposco, our customers, or other individuals.

7. Consent-Based Processing

III. Sensitive Information

We collect sensitive information such as precise geolocation as necessary for the purposes as described in the How We Use Personal Information section above. This information may be considered “sensitive information” under the laws of some jurisdictions.

We do not collect or process sensitive information for the purposes of inferring characteristics about consumers. We collect sensitive information only as strictly necessary to perform the Services reasonably expected by an average consumer who requests those services. Accordingly, we treat any such information as “personal information” consistent with applicable provisions.

We will not process your sensitive information unless such processing is compliant with applicable privacy laws. To the extent that we need to obtain your explicit consent to process your personal Information, to the fullest extent permitted by law, when you provide your personal Information to us you are deemed to have consented to us processing your personal Information (including your sensitive personal Information).

IV. When and With Whom We Share Your Personal Information

Deposco may share your personal information under specific circumstances and only with specific categories of third parties as described below.

Vendors, Consultants, and Service Providers
We share personal information with trusted third-party vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers who require access to such data to deliver services on Deposco’s behalf or in connection with your use of the Deposco platform. All such parties are contractually obligated to:

Categories of Third Parties include cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; payment processors and billing service companies; data analytics and benchmarking services; advertising and retargeting partners; AI and machine learning platforms; email and communications platforms; customer support and helpdesk tools; CRM, sales, and marketing technology vendors; system monitoring, security, and anti-fraud vendors; supply chain and fulfillment integration partners; professional advisors (legal, tax, compliance); and government and regulatory authorities when required by law.

Subsidiaries and Affiliates
Deposco may share your personal information with its affiliates, subsidiaries, or parent companies. All such entities must honor this Privacy Policy and uphold equivalent data protection obligations.

Business Partners
We may provide personal information, in accordance with your preferences and consents, to business partners to offer integrated features, co-branded services, joint offerings, benchmarking, or promotional campaigns consistent with your relationship with Deposco.

Business Transfers

We have processes to store personal information that we have collected in secure operating environments. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose your personal information to you. We try our best to safeguard personal information once we receive it, but please understand that no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Do Not Track

Please note that we cannot control how third party websites or online services you visit through our website respond to Do Not Track signals. Deposco offers products, features, and tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics (“AI Solutions”) as a core part of the platform and supply chain intelligence offerings.

Our AI Solutions
Deposco’s AI Solutions are integrated throughout our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Order Management System (OMS), and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) suite. These tools help customers:

  • Automate and optimize warehouse logistics and order management,
  • Analyze operational trends and provide predictive analytics,
  • Benchmark performance and generate actionable business insights,
  • Support real-time decision making, and
  • Enhance the effectiveness of marketing, routing, planning, and reverse logistics operations.

How We Process Your Data Using AI
Any personal information processed by Deposco’s AI Solutions is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy, statutory requirements, and any governing customer agreements. Our AI/ML workflows leverage operational and supply chain data, often in encrypted form, for modeling, optimization, and analytics; may combine your data, where appropriate, with anonymized or aggregated data from other users to improve benchmark accuracy or generate machine learning models; apply strict internal controls, data minimization procedures, and robust security protocols to safeguard your information during AI-driven processing; and do not use your data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review, except as explicitly authorized by contract or law.

Where required, Deposco obtains customer consent for new or materially different uses of AI technologies. If Deposco partners with third-party AI vendors, all processing is subject to written agreements that ensure data protection, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable law.

IX. Retention and Deletion of Your Information

Deposco is committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date personal information. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, to perform our contractual obligations, for our legitimate business interests, or as otherwise required or permitted by law or regulatory obligations.

We regularly review our data holdings and follow a detailed retention schedule based on the type, purpose, and sensitivity of each category of information collected. Personal information will be deleted, de-identified, or anonymized once it is no longer needed for the original purpose, unless a longer retention period is legally required or justified (for example, for tax, audit, legal compliance, or to resolve disputes).

X. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are designed for use by business professionals and are not directed to children under the age of 16. These external sites operate independently from Deposco and are not under our control. This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Use and any other applicable policies published by Deposco on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deposco regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information and your access to and use of our Services.

This Privacy Policy may be amended only by (i) an authorized officer of Deposco executing a writing amending this Privacy Policy; or (ii) Deposco posting a revised statement of this Privacy Policy and other applicable policies on our website. Users are deemed to be aware of and bound by any such updates upon publication.

No waiver by Deposco of any rights or remedies provided under this Privacy Policy shall be effective unless set forth in a writing executed by an authorized officer of Deposco. No delay or omission by Deposco in exercising any right or remedy under this Privacy Policy shall operate as a waiver of such right or remedy for any future occasion.
