The Import Item interface pulls items on a scheduled basis from QuickBooks Online into Deposco. Items that were created or updated in QuickBooks Online since 4 hours before the last scheduler run are pulled.

Trading Partner (Customer)

The Import Customer interface pulls customers on a scheduled basis from QuickBooks Online to create trading partners in Deposco with a partnership type of Customer.

Trading Partner (Vendor)

Pulls vendors on a scheduled basis from QuickBooks Online to create trading partners in Deposco with a partnership type of Vendor.

Purchase Order

Pulls purchase orders on a scheduled basis from QuickBooks Online into Deposco.

Sales Invoice/Order

The Import Sales Invoice interface pulls sales invoices on a scheduled basis from QuickBooks Online into Deposco. Depending on the configuration, the system creates either a sales order or customer order for each order pulled. Sales orders are used for warehouse fulfillment processes such as picking, packing, and shipping.

Ship Notice

The Ship Notice interface sends order and shipment information to QuickBooks Online for paid sales or wholesale orders that are sent to Deposco from an external system.

Inventory Sync

The Inventory Sync interface sends the current quantity of inventory in Deposco to QuickBooks Online to synchronize the quantity of inventory between the 2 systems for items that have been pulled from QuickBooks Online.

Receipt Notice

The Export Bill (Receipt Notice) interface sends bills to QuickBooks Online when stock is received in Deposco for purchase orders that were pulled from QuickBooks Online.

Invoice Push

The Export Invoice interface sends invoices that are generated in Deposco to QuickBooks Online on a scheduled basis for purchase orders that were pulled from QuickBooks Online.
